This hotel is in the best location in Varna. Located in the middle of the downtown area where people are always walking through and looking for things to do. The energy is great in the hotel too. It's a well-known sports bar and casino, but the security keeps everything under control. It's not loud. I had a fantastic sleep every night. The wifi is excellent. I had a lot of work to do in the mornings and I was able to work with no issues. The staff are attentive to all of the guest's demands and concerns. Just ask if you have any questions. There will be no problems with communication since they are all fluent in English. I ate the pizza twice. It was under 10 BGN since I got a discount. Be sure to ask about the discounts and other benefits offered by Efbet Hotel. I truly didn't want to leave. I look forward to going back there again.

The ladies at the reception are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are also very clean and perfectly comfortable. It was our first time in the city and the receptionists were very helpful with our questions. For example, not knowing much about the country, I wasn’t sure if I could buy contact lenses easily or if I needed a prescription. They were even able to provide some guidance here. If I had asked this question back home in Germany, I would have probably gotten the usual “I don’t know” reply.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the reception was exceptionally good and helpful to us, for which we are very grateful :). The location is perfectly close the many restaurants and convenient stores. I highly recommend to place.

We faced the pedestrian street which is usually very crowded, but we didn’t hear any bothering noises, so great isolation too! The walk to the beach is pleasant, even though it might take around 10-15 minutes.

Great place with friendly staff and cleaners willing to help in English with shower soap, room cleaning, etc. Toilet and shower are modern and bed is comfortable and clean. The surroundings are quiet and very close to the city center and beaches. Willing to come back to the accommodation.
